Clouds (PSP)

Making GOOD clouds in PSP, with ease, of course.
Okay, so, want to make clouds like:

Simple. Alright,
Let's start with this by making an image, for example, 300x300 pixels.
Let's fill in the background with #7ACDF8.
Okay, now click on the shapes tool, choose the circle shape.
No outline color, but make the background/fill-in color white/#ffffff...
Let's draw some circles!...start by making one, anywhere you prefer, I drew mine here:

You can choose anywhere...
Now, let's draw another circle, but this time, let's interfere it with the first, like so:

See...it's starting to look even better!
Last, but not least

...our final circle for this cloud.

^...see, the same as the first image, only I added some text. Easy huh?
Clouds are great for layouts or just cute images. Hope you enjoyed.
