Favorite Icon Tutorial

So, you want a cute little icon next to your site's address? Or in peoples bookmarks? (IT WILL DRIVE PEOPLE TO YOUR SITE!!!

)
Cool...because, I'm going to teach you.

Alrighty, now...
1. Make an .ico file (Using the correct program...I recommend MicroAngelo for making/saving teh .ico files. If you have another program, that's fine also.
2. If you found a .ico, that's cool too...make sure you have saved it...now:
3. Open your index.html or whatever the main file is and add this to <head> part of the page:
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="h1.ico"> <link rel="favicon" href="h1.ico">
The "favicon" is for when users add you website to their favorites...it will show up in there.
The "shortcut icon" is for the address bar.
You don't have to use both...although, why not? They're good in my opinion...
:::Note:::Change "h1.ico" to your icon's file...
