Scanlines (PSP)

Welp, scanlines are SUUUUPER easy to make, so let's get to it...
1. Alrighty, open up a new image (or use the one I'm using)

2. Goto, "Effects", "Textures", "Blinds". Set the width to "2", and the opacity to "20". (You can change the colors/opacity/width around if you'd like), and the color to "#000000".
And, presto! Click "OK"...and you're done!

This stuff is TOO easy, aye?
